Questions we often hear
Where should we start?
With one workflow that is repetitive, measurable and owned by a clear team – order entry, request triage or a recurring report are common first choices. Discover is where we pick it together. For a broader view, a security, compliance and AI maturity assessment gives you a prioritised roadmap.
How long does a pilot take?
A pilot is scoped to a single workflow so it can run on real work in weeks, not months. We agree the timeline and success measure during Discover, before any build starts.
Do we need Microsoft 365 Copilot?
No. Copilot readiness is one of our services, but workflows and agents can connect to the systems you already use – email, ERP, spreadsheets and line-of-business tools.
Where does our data go?
Each workflow only gets the data and actions its task requires. Data handling and hosting are agreed with you during Discover and designed with PDPA in mind.
Will AI replace our staff?
Our goal is to remove repetitive work, not judgement. People approve the consequential steps, and teams typically move time from data entry to customers and exceptions.
Can AI run on our own infrastructure?
Yes. Where knowledge is sensitive – maintenance manuals, process documents – we can deploy a private LLM server or sandboxed AI, including an on-premise NVIDIA option.
What happens after go-live?
As your Managed Intelligence Provider we monitor, support and refine the solution, with quarterly business reviews to track results and plan the next phase.
