Who we are

SafeComs.ai is the AI & Automation division of SafeComs ("we", "us"), located at 191/36 CTI Tower, 23rd Floor, New Ratchadaphisek Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website, in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Details you provide in the contact form: name, company, work email, phone number, your area of interest, your message and the systems you mention.
• Basic technical data needed to operate and protect the website, such as IP address (used for rate-limiting spam) and server logs.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your colour-theme preference is stored only in your own browser.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss our services – based on your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse – based on our legitimate interest.

Sharing and retention

Enquiries are delivered to our team by email and may be shared within the SafeComs group to answer your request. We do not sell personal data. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can submit a request via ourdata subject access request form or by emailinginfo@safecoms.com. You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.
